Best Practice Australia is a privately owned research company based in Brisbane, Australia, which has grown to become one of Australia’s leading providers of workforce culture surveys and diagnostics.

BPA was founded by Glenn Parle in 1992 with the purpose of discovering the factors in organisational culture that have the greatest impact on organisational performance. 

BPA's first Benchmarking Study analysed the culture and cross-selling performance of nine financial companies. In 18 years of business BPA has never strayed from this emphasis on practical information managers use to run their organisations.

BPA is owned and operated by Glenn and Jacqui Parle.  Glenn Parle is the Executive Director of the business.
