To access the eSurvey link for your organisation:
  • If you were sent the survey link via e-mail, please refer back to your e-mail and click where it says "Start your electronic survey".
  • If you were given an eSurvey password, refer back to the sheet of paper or card you were given with it, and type in the address specified, e.g. http://www.bpanz.com/orgname
If you have any further enquiries about completing your survey please contact BPA and ask for the eSurvey Support Team.
