- People factors (The people, Friendliness, Working as a team, Committed staff) dominate the factors that make it "truly great" in 95% of participating organisations. To date, monetary factors have only occurred once as the top factor.
- Upper Management issues are the most common barriers to 60% of participating organisations becoming "truly great places to work". Monetary factors only account for 3% of cases.
