Each of these surveys can be provided in either electronic or paper-based format.

BPA uses its Linguistic Analysis capability to replace the need for focus groups pre- or post-survey.

BPA provides educational support to assist clients to:
  1. Coordinate their surveys
  2. Understand and evaluate their survey results
  3. Roll-out their survey communication plans
However, BPA does not sell follow-on change management programs.  We see this as a fundamental conflict of interest that would impact on our reputation for providing independent and unbiased advice.
